The full voice loop in one signed app.

Runner is an app shell over the Soniqo speech engines, not a cloud client. First run downloads the speech models; after preload the current desktop path is tuned around a compact unified-memory budget.

macOS may ask for microphone permission on first launch. The speech models are downloaded after the app starts; keep the first run online until the loading state completes.
